This layered cocktail is a showstopper -- perfect for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day, and really fit for sipping all summer long.
1½ oz Empress 1908 Gin
3 oz Cranberry Juice
1½ oz Sparkling Wine
Berries, Mint Leaves (for garnish)
Build ingredients in a stemless wine glass, starting with the berries, followed by ice. Slowly layer the cranberry juice, sparkling wine, and finally, the gin on top. Garnish with a mint spring.
We recommend stirring before sipping, but not before you snap a 'gram-worthy picture of your masterpiece!
