La Boutanche Riesling

A crowd pleasing white with great acidity and tons of key lime notes. It's everything wine should be: natural, affordable, and delicious. Plus it comes in a one-liter bottle, all the better for sharing.

Brisa Suave Vinho Verde

Brisa Suave translates to “cool breeze” in Portuguese, perfectly describing the freshness, zesty citrus and the right amount of fizz. Dry, clean, crisp & refreshing white wine. This light and slightly effervescent white wine has aromas of green apple, citrus fruit along with minerality. It's perfectly enjoyed as an aperitif or with a light and fresh meal or seafood.

Pedralonga Serea Albarino

Serea, meaning “Mermaid” in Gallego, is 100% hand-harvested Albariño from ten- to fifteen-year-old organic vines near the coast. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for three months, this wine bursts with notes of white flowers, citrus zest, grapefruit, nectarine, and sea breeze. It is fresh and lively, rich with minerals, and salinity with hints of citrus and perfumed aromatics.

Gramona Penedes Gessami

What a beautiful wine! An organic blend of Moscatel, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurtzraminer, this Spanish white wine is outstanding. Great aromatic nose that has notes of stone fruit and floral peach, with a strong mineral undercurrent. At once generous and steely, with tropical fruit and zesty citrus flavors. Also floral note of jasmine and a hint of ginger as well add energy to the slightly edgy finish.

Domaine Raphael Luneau Muscadet

Beautifully minerally, expressive nose with a dash of lemon fruit. The palate seems beautifully poised and elegant, with real polish and a lovely gentle minerality, fresh and pure, yet with a lively mouth-filling texture. A thoughtfully farmed small production Muscadet from France. A mineral driven acidic white with a lively mouth filling texture that is perfect for oysters.

Domaine Raimbult PineauCoteaux Giennos

If you can't get Sancerre, give this a go. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Loire, France for half the price. Fresh, energetic and full of minerality. This may be the poorer cousin of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume, but it’s impossible not to notice the genetic connection with its mineral freshness and energetic liveliness. Enticing aromas of lemon verbena are complemented with vibrant shades of fresh grass, ocean breeze and wet stones. In the mouth, the fruit is perfectly balanced with crisp acidity bringing about superb balance and graceful elegance in every delicious sip.
