Local Delivery Policy
We currently deliver to 19 local zip codes on scheduled delivery days. The zip codes are: 08205 (Galloway), 08234 (Egg Harbor Township), 08330 (Mays Landing), 08231 (Oceanville), 08213 (Cologne), 08215 (Egg Harbor City), 08240 (Pomona), 08241 (Port Republic), 08225 (Northfield), 08244 (Somers Point), 08201 (Absecon), 08221 (Linwood), 08404 08401 08405 (Atlantic City), 08203 (Brigantine), 08402 (Margate), 08406 (Ventnor), 08403 (Longport). Some one of age has to be home to sign for every delivery. Our driver will call on his way, about 20 minutes prior to the delivery. If the delivery is made in the designated time slot and no one is there to sign for it, there are two options:
1.) Pick the order up in store
2.) Cancel the order but there will be a $19.95 restocking fee.

-All delivery orders under $100 will be charged a $10 delivery fee and all delivery orders over $99 will be delivered at no charge.
-All Local Delivery orders must be placed online, no over the phone orders. All orders must be placed by 10pm the prior day to be eligible for next day delivery.
*We do not deliver kegs, unless prearranged for an event.
*By law we do not deliver to any establishment that owns their own liquor license. For this reason we do not deliver to Casinos or any establishments affiliated with a casino.
Will Pick Up in Store Policy
Once an order is placed for "Will Pickup in Store" it will be picked, packed and placed in the pickup zone in the front of the store by Register 2. Depending on the size and time of the order, please give us time to prepare the order. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you are in a rush and need your order ready for a certain time, please call the store at (609) 677-9880.
When an order is picked up in store, the person picking up the order will be responsible for verifying the validity of the order and information submitted at the time of purchase. All individuals picking up alcohol related orders must be at least 21 years of age.
Any order purchased by one individual and being picked up by another individual will need to be confirmed by the individual whose name is on the credit card used to complete the purchase. Once confirmed the ID will be checked of the individual picking up the order. Thanks for understanding but this is for your safety and ours.
**For all you parents out there please feel free to call ahead and have us run your pick up order out to your car. No one likes to bring their kids into a house of glass!
If you would like your wine shipped to you we will contract with a third party carrier on your behalf to ship; by requesting delivery of your order you authorize us to do so. We are not responsible for any breakage or damage of wine by the carrier and you are responsible for all insurance as well as shipping costs in accordance with our shipping policies. We make no representations as to your legal rights to ship or import wine from the state reside or into any other state; you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, obtaining all necessary license or permits, and paying all tax or other amounts due.
We ship solely via FEDEX and offer a $15 Flat Rate for Fedex Ground no matter what you order to be shipped under 110LBS.
There must be an adult of at least 21 years to sign for any delivery since the shipment contains alcohol. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, there will be two more attempts made on consecutive business days. At this point you can contact FEDEX to make alternative shipping arrangements after the first attempt is made. Should delivery fail on all three attempts, the package will return to sender, and we must recharge shipping in order for the package(s) to be re-sent. We will not refund shipping charges for orders where all efforts were made to delivery each package. Not all Fedex facilities will hold alcohol related packages, so scheduling pick ups at your local facility is at your own risk.
FEDEX ships Tuesday to Saturday so if you need Saturday delivery plan accordingly. No extra charge for Saturday delivery.
Title passes to buyer in the state of New Jersey at the time the transaction closes and we are happy to set up shipment as a service to our customers, but that subsequent shipment is at the buyer's discretion and risk.
*We only ship certain products, if a product is marked with, " This product is only available for Local Delivery and In-store Pickup", then it is not for Shipping.
Ship to States
We currently ship wine to 22 states and the District of Columbia. We ship to Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
If your state is not listed, it is because shipping wine to your state is prohibited either by your state's laws or by the laws of New Jersey. Regulations concerning the shipment of wine have been changing often lately - if we cannot ship to you now, please check back periodically, because it is possible that the laws will have changed.
-We will also postpone shipments if extreme heat or cold is expected during the duration of the wine’s transportation. Final decisions about releasing shipments will be made on a case by case basis, but generally we will not send packages if the temperature is above 80F or below freezing. Our storage facilities are temperature controlled and we are happy to hold your wine free of charge until the weather is more appropriate for shipping. As previously stated, the wine is yours as soon as you are charged and the final decision on weather related postponements is yours. Shipping insurance switch is included in the shipping charge does not insure for temperature related damage.
Web Return Policy
-White Horse Wine and Spirits is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. While we strive for perfect service, occasionally we make mistakes!
-If you receive a corked bottle, please let us know within 30 days. Before you dump the wine out, please call or email us for instructions on receiving a replacement bottle.
-White Horse accepts returns on corked or damaged wine. Personal taste cannot be the basis of a return. We offer loads of information about our wines to help you make the best choices.
Bulk Discount Policy
Cases of wine receive a 10% discount on all non-sale wines. A case is equal to six 1.5Liters or twelve 750mL bottles, with a few exceptions. Mixed cases are allowed and you can mix sizes. Easy explanation is 1.5Ls equal two 750mLs. Sale wines count toward the case quantity, but are not discounted further.
Purchasing six bottles of the same liquor receives a 5% discount and purchasing 12 bottles of the same liquor receives a 10% discount. Sale liquors are not discounted further.
Beer already has built in case prices which are at discounted rates.
