Alcohol Sale & Privacy Policy 

You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverage from our store or this website.

By initiating a sale over the web, you are certifying that you are of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information is considered a crime. White Horse Wine and Spirits will actively prosecute and assist in said prosecution of anyone found to be in violation of state law.

All orders initiated via Telephone certify that they and whoever will be signing for the receipt of the ordered merchandise is of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information over the telephone is considered a crime.

At White Horse Wine and Spirits, your privacy is important to us. All information obtained by White Horse Wine and Spirits or via www.whitehorsewine.com, is for the sole use of White Horse Wine and Spirits. All information gathered (name, e-mail, phone number, address, etc.) will never be sold, given or disclosed to any third party company or agent.

Product Images

Please be aware that bottle labels sometimes change faster than we get them changed on our website. With this in mind please do not base your purchases off the image, but based off the product title and information. If you have questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Web Return Policy

White Horse Wine and Spirits is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. While we strive for perfect service, occasionally we make mistakes! 

If you receive a corked bottle, please let us know within 30 days.  Before you dump the wine out, please call or email us for instructions on receiving a replacement bottle.

White Horse accepts returns on corked or damaged wine. Personal taste cannot be the basis of a return. We offer loads of information about our wines to help you make the best choices.

Bulk Discount Policy

Wine:

Cases of wine receive a 10% discount on all non-sale wines. A case is equal to six 1.5Liters or twelve 750mL bottles, with a few exceptions. Mixed cases are allowed and you can mix sizes. Easy explanation is 1.5Ls equal two 750mLs. Sale wines count toward the case quantity, but are not discounted further.

Liquor:

Purchasing six bottles of the same liquor receives a 5% discount and purchasing 12 bottles of the same liquor receives a 10% discount. Sale liquors are not discounted further.

Beer:

Beer already has built in case prices which are at discounted rates.

Donation Policy

White Horse Wine & Spirits is devoted to serving our community by supporting local non-profit organizations. We receive a large number of donation requests and unfortunately, we cannot support every worthwhile cause. We thank you for your interest in a donation and ask that you look over the following criteria before submitting your request.

Your local organization must fall into one of the following categories:

• Hunger relief
• Overall wellness
• Environmental preservation & clean ocean practices
• Education & programs for kids
• Community arts and culture
• Responsible drinking
• Serve Absecon, Galloway, or Smithville

We generally do not award donations to individuals seeking pledges, large national non-profits, political parties, or religious organizations.

• The recipient must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and have their 501(c)(3) number.
• Please fill out the official donation request form completely and apply in person. Incomplete forms and requests made by phone, through our website, or social media outlets will not be considered.
• Please apply at least four weeks in advance of when you require the donation.
• We try to honor as many requests as possible, but donations are awarded on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, this means that past support of an organization may not guarantee future support.
• Per ABC regulations, we cannot donate alcohol of any kind or gift cards.

All donation requests must be submitted in person. Donation request forms can be obtained in store at any open register.
