Grapes: 50% Folle Blanche, 50% Chardonnay
Vineyard: Schist soil. Organically cultivated vineyard treated with herbal tisanes and minimal pruning.
Making of: Grapes are harvested and carefully sorted by hand. Slow pressed for 14-18 hours before fermenting on indigenous yeasts. All Marc’s wines undergo malolactic fermentation. 12 months of élévage.
Personality: Floral and bursting with fresh fruit, complemented by fine bubbles and a rich, long finish
