Nadja and Andrej of Naboso are a newer to the scene winemaking couple from the region of Carpathia on the western border of Slovakia. This area borders Austria, and so by extension, many of the same grape varieties also grow there. You can see by all their vivid photos of themselves, vineyards and wine labels that they have colorful zest for life! The labels are a collaboration of gallery friends in Copenhagen. All of their work in the cellar is done by gravity. They try not to intervene in the wine's journey except for the occasional dose of sulfur.
This traditional method sparkler is vibrant and mineral-driven. The wine undergoes aging in acacia barrels.
