Union Sacré’s "40 Days" is a masterclass in the art of skin-contact winemaking. True to its name, this aromatic blend was co-fermented on the skins for a full 40 days in a massive 900-gallon wood tank. The result is a stunning Orange Wine (skin contact wine) that balances the intense floral perfume of Gewürztraminer with the structural backbone of Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner. It’s an unfiltered, unfined, and deeply textured experience for the adventurous palate.
