The Champagne is a 100% Meunier from Troissy in the Vallée de la Marne. The grapes are from the Lieut-dits La Pièce des Cotéas with a westerly exposure and La Pièces des Uselants with a north-north-westerly exposure on stony, marly, clayey and sandy subsoil. Vinification takes place in wood and terracotta amphorae. No malolactic fermentation is undertaken. The champagne received the Tirage 04/2020 and the Dégorgement 02/2022. It has 3.2 grams of dosage.
Creamy and slightly chalky with a tangy texture, ripe fruit with citric notes, liquorice, hay and biscuits
