Bordeaux, France. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, & Petit Verdot. Organic and biodynamic farming. Mostly destemmed grapes, with a portion left whole, undergo maceration for 7-10 days in concrete tanks. After gentle pressing, fermentation continues in concrete. The wine is then aged for one year in a mix of wooden vessels, including barriques, 400-liter barrels, and foudres, with a small percentage of new wood. After aging, the components are blended and bottled.
"Classic, age-worthy, traditional Médoc" style, with "mineral, terroir-driven fruits" and "finesse and delicatesse".
