Scott and Jenny Schultz's Jolie-Laide has built a cult following for making unusual California wines with intent and finesse. Lovers is their rose of Gamay - 100% Gamay sourced from Sonoma, picked early for freshness, and made with the same hands-off approach that defines the rest of the lineup. The result is a rose that's properly dry, lifted with energy, and a little fruitier than a Provencal style without ever tipping into sweetness. Just a delicious, gulpable pink wine with character and a sense of place.
