Eighty-five percent Tempranillo and fifteen percent Mazuelo, aged fourteen months in barrel and then rested in concrete vats before bottling.
This could be the best value from our Spanish selections and there are a lot of values to be had there. Multidimensional fruit tones, spice, and earth. Medium bodied with sneaky intensity and just the right amount of acidity, this wine belongs on the dinner table, right next to the salt and pepper.
