Another brilliant original creation form the geniuses at Matchbook. Made with peak season mangoes that were added to eau de vie of organic corn and Persian limes and black limes. Then after a year of macerating together the team started adding chilis - chili de arbol, chili ancho, chili guajillo and pasilla. The liqueur is spicy, tangy, fruity, smokey and absolutely delicious. A dream for mixing with agave but will work in almost anything. Seasonal release.
