100% Chenin from experimental biodynamic vineyards planted by the Boisard brothers. The wine itself certainly falls under “natural” wine. There is nothing strange about it, The aromas are clean and slightly smoky, the flavors are like fresh quince with a noticeable creamy texture many good Chenins display.
