Perched at an altitude of 400 meters, our vines thrive in this unique microclimate. Since 1999, we've embraced organic viticulture, and in 2009, we embarked on a journey towards biodynamic practices. 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Poulsard from Jura! This gourmet cuvée is full of fresh red fruit and has a great mouthfeel with a fine tannic structure.
