The distiller's notes: "While shaping the flavor profile for Siembra Valles Blanco, the team at Cascahuin kept coming back to taste the spirit at still-proof. The Rosales family has developed a slow distillation process that yields a Tequila at 92 proof. Lastly, Valles High Proof is rested for 11 months in glass demijohns for a truly unique experience." Now produced using Cascahuin's new Tahona press.
