This is so lovely. Food and wine make a perfect pairing, but sometimes you want the palate cleansing abilities of a crisp wine without the effects of alcohol. This wine is excellent and perfect for anyone that wants a glass, but isn't looking for a buzz. It's grown, harvested and vinified just like the rest but then de-alcoholized. Leitz nailed it with this one!
