On the palate, it strikes a harmonious balance between natural acidity, body, and its refined aging, with a refreshing mineral and chalky profile.
Hand harvested in 50kg crates, gentle, slow pressing of gravity-pressed bunches. Vinified with natural yeasts and aged on lees.
