Dinner Menu

Dinners are available Wednesday through Friday 4-7pm. The menu changes weekly, and there's one meat & one vegetarian option each day. All of our dinners are made from scratch using real food--that means natural, high-quality ingredients, mostly organic produce, and local ingredients wherever possible.

Place your order online, call ahead, or order in-store. See below for this week's offerings!

Wednesday 7/10

Turkey Skillet Sauté 
all natural ground turkey simmered with sautéed cabbage, corn, peppers, tomatoes, and herbs over brown rice served with a garden salad with homemade vinaigrette (DF)(GF) $14

Tofu Sushi Bowl 
Miso-glazed tofu, roasted broccoli, carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds, avocado, and scallions over brown rice with homemade sesame ginger dressing (V)(DF)(GF) $11

Thursday 7/11

Summer Chicken Primavera
free-range chicken sautéed with zucchini, peppers, and roasted tomatoes, tossed with whole wheat penne pasta, garlic, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Served with a garden salad with homemade vinaigrette and a garlic roll $14

Eggplant Parmesan
whole wheat baked breaded eggplant, layered with mozzarella cheese, parmesan, and marinara sauce, served with whole wheat penne, garden salad, and a garlic roll (V) $14

Family Night: Dinner for Four 
choose one of the options above, served family style $45

Friday 7/12

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos
shredded jerk chicken, pickled red onion, cabbage, diced pineapple, cilantro, and chipotle aioli on corn tortillas (3 per order) served with fried plantains (GF) $11

Veggie Enchiladas
broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and onions with cheddar cheese, queso fresco, and homemade enchilada sauce in corn tortillas, baked and topped with scallions and cilantro, served with rice & beans (V)(GF) $14
