Dinner Menu

Dinners are available Wednesday through Friday 4-7pm. The menu changes weekly, and there's one meat & one vegetarian option each day. All of our dinners are made from scratch using real food--that means natural, high-quality ingredients, mostly organic produce, and local ingredients wherever possible.

Wednesday: 12/12

Homemade Turkey Meatloaf 
with cranberry glaze served with organic mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans $15

Butternut Squash & Spinach Lasagna 
Roasted organic butternut squash & spinach layered with bechamel sauce, butternut purée, ricotta, mozzarella, & Parmesan cheeses, served with garlic bread and mixed greens salad with homemade vinaigrette (V) $14

Thursday (Family Night): 12/13

Chicken Primavera Spaghetti Squash 
shredded chicken, zucchini, peppers, spinach, marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese baked in spaghetti squash,served with a garden salad and homemade vinaigrette (GF) $13

Eggplant Caponata Spaghetti Squash Boat 
eggplant and peppers stewed with tomatoes and garlic, served over spaghetti squash and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, served with garden salad with homemade vinaigrette (V)(GF) $13

Teriyaki Chicken Burger
topped with lettuce, pineapple, and red onion served on a brioche bun with a side of baked root veggie fries $12

Beet & Feta Burger
topped with tzatziki sauce, Romaine lettuce, avocado, and red onion served on a whole wheat bun with a side of baked root veggie fries $12 (V)
