Domaine La Bohème P Rouge is a red wine crafted by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau in France's Auvergne region. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the grapes are sourced from vineyards planted on basalt soils, which contribute to the wine's distinctive mineral character. The wine is aged in steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. Notably, no sulfur is added during vinification.
