Light White Wines
The grapes were hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed into stainless steel and concrete for spontaneous fermentation. After 8 months of aging on the primary lees in concrete vessels, the lots were blended and bottled with coarse filtration, bentonite fining, and a touch of sulfur. This all-natural wine is tightly structured and showcases flavors of yellow apple and subtle apricot, enhanced by a granitic mineral quality. The palate is marked by crisp acidity balanced with round fruitiness and a savory finish.

This wine surprised me! Perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Grass notes on the nose with tons of tree fruit flavors. And for the price you can't go wrong!
