Tinal Wine This Is Not Another Lovely Criolla is made with organic Criolla Chica, Argentina’s name for the same grape we love from Chile (País), California (Mission), and the Canary Islands (Listan Pietro). This a pretty and fruity light red reminiscent of the pipeño wines of Chile and Gamay wines of Beaujolais. 50% of the grapes see carbonic maceration to highlight the fruit and acidity and tamp down the tannins. Aging takes place in clay amphorae for 8 months. The result is chillable red with bright red berry and spice notes, hints of minty herbs, and soft supple tannins. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no sulfur addition.

A chillable red that on the nose gives floral aromas and on the palate red berries and a splash of spices. Medium bodied, with soft tannins. So easy to pair with meats and cheeses!
