The fruit was hand harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed before it spent two weeks cold macerating. The must was then pressed off of the skins and fermented in neutral oak barrels with indigenous yeast. The wine was aged in neutral oak barrels before bottling. This Pinot Noir has a lovely balance of fruit and flowers with silky tannins.
