Made from pasteurized sheep's milk in Holland on a small farm where the farmer's wife says the sheep "eat better than her children." Aged for 9 months and develops sweet notes of butterscotch and caramel and a nutty flavor. An aged gouda at its best, with a crunch that makes for the perfect snack. Serve with butter toffee pecans and sweet onion jam. Pairs beautifully with both Malbec and Riesling, or if you're a beer lover, try with hoppy beers like IPAs and pale ales.
