Cocktail Recipe: The Classic Spritz
Why all the buzz about Spritz Cocktails?

Boozin’ by the beach or in the sun somewhere? You’re going to want something simple and refreshing. We can't seem to get enough of the trendy Spritz-style cocktails. We love that they're generally light enough for casual sipping while being slightly more complex and interesting than your standard seltzer.

At its simplest of forms, a Spritz is some sort of white wine (most commonly Prosecco) and a bitter apertivo. Most prefer to add a splash of sparkling water or club & a slice of orange. If we're on drink duty, we like to make our Spritz with Da Mar Prosecco and Walcher Aperitivo Rondo - it’s the perfect balance of bitter and sweet with flavors of strawberry, candied orange peels, and ruby grapefruit.

The Classic Spritz Recipe (an easy 3-2-1 cocktail!):
  • 3 oz Prosecco

  • 2 oz Bitter Apertivo

  • 1 oz Sparkling Water

Add ice, stir gently, and garnish with an orange slice.
