• Famille Guibert Un Blanc: Light, crisp, and clean, showing an impressive balance of fruit flavor. This is a great white for sipping with any light cuisine; it goes especially well with fish.
  
  
• Chateau Guilhem Rose: Beautiful salmon rosé made mostly of organic Syrah grapes. The notes in the nose are like going through grandmother's garden with raspberry bushes, strawberry plants, herb beds and cherry trees. The taste is extremely clean, elegant and streamlined. Dry and fresh.
