Grapes bought (3rd year of organic conversion) from Vincent Bremond in Beaumont de Pertuis in the East of the Luberon
Bombe achromique refers to a "bomb" without color. Here a mix of white grapes with a third of Grenache Noir as well, vinified as white. White flowers and slightly unripe orchard fruits give way to a slightly textured, mildly tannic wine that could stand up to medium weight foods including white meats. Starts off a bit shy, and opens up nicely with aeration. Decantation recommended, and served not too cold.
