Lurid ruby. Lively cherry and red berries on the nose, along with a hint of candied flowers and building spiciness. Fresh and focused on the palate, offering appealingly sweet black raspberry and cherry flavors that display good clarity and a refreshingly light touch. Discreet tannins lend shape to a long finish that shows a touch of jamminess. 90 points.
Staff review: A Priorat is a blend of Syrah, Grenache & Carignan. Think deep, vibrant, garnet color. Velvety smooth sipping, and luscious jam flavors with all the bold earthiness I love in Spanish wines. One of my top favorites for sure.
