Citrus, Alpine herb and green-apple aromas carry through to the vibrant linear palate along with lemon zest, Anjou pear and a yeasty hint of bread crust. It's extremely refreshing, with crisp acidity a dry finish.
Small, family-owned, nature-oriented producer of “real Prosecco” absolutely blow us away! No weedkillers (undesired plants are mowed or removed by hand) and no synthetic fertilizers (instead, a biodynamic compost of grape skins, vine cuttings, and manure from grass-fed cows is made in-house).
