Once referred to as a “party starter” this vibrant Syrah/Cinsaut/Mourvedre is fun in its purist form.
The wine has a very light red colour due to the short ferment of Cinsaut on the skins. The Cinsaut brings this buzz of awesome flavours to the party while the Syrah and Mourvedre contributes to the freshness and structure.
