Bright and lemony in its youth, this wine is rapidly developing the beeswax and mineral aromas that I love so much in Chenin Blanc. A small amount of skin contact and lees aging adds a significant amount of texture, while a strong acid profile ensures a bright, savory palate and finish.
Chenin blanc from the organic, dry-farmed Galleron Vineyard in Napa Valley. Fermented in neutral oak and aged on the lees for 6 months. Only 92 cases produced.

A super small production, Organic white wine with so much complexity! Lively with a good amount of acidity with just the right touch of weight on the finish. Great food wine for the Holidays!
